How can the restoration of the Second Amendment save our great nation a BOATLOAD of money?
Here are two ways (at least the reasons I can think of):
1. Reduction in necessity for law enforcement / detention. Let me start by saying the following: I have friends and relatives that I care for deeply that are in this honorable career field. I appreciate what the members of the law enforcement do for the community. However, I don't think we need so many of them. A gun-carrying constituency can do more to discourage crime than an increase in the police force can. Oh, and who pays for the food and housing costs of inmates? We do. And we pay waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much for that as it is.
2. Reduction in crime-related insurance payouts. (Vandalism, robbery, bodily injury, etc.) Yes, another we each pay for the wrongful acts of others. Everytime someone files an insurance claim for vandalism to their home, arsen, or even worse, a bodily injury claim from an attack. That's time that person will spend in a hospital, at home recovering and not at their job being productive or earning their living.
